Membership

Purpose

The goal of this Association shall be to promote and improve the teaching of world languages and cultures, to provide continuing professional development, and to encourage the spirit of cooperation among world language educators (at all levels.)

Dues

We collect $25 for each school year. Become a member for now.You will receive electronic newletters in the spring and a bulletin in the fall.

AFFILIATIONS

We work closely with the state chapter of the professional organization for each specific language, however you must pay separate memberships to each organization. KSWLA members are not automatically members of AATF, KATG, or Sunflower Chapter of AATSP.

KSWLA is directly involved in the Central States regional conference (CSC), which is also a direct link to ACTFL.
